About The Role

The Account Coordinator role will be expected to work closely with the Account Management team and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and timely. They will need to have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The position will require clear and timely communication with clients.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Manage client communications for the Account Management team by responding to workable emails and speaking with clients when necessary
  • Organize client photos on Google Drive
  • Send emails to unresponsive clients to schedule a meetings and reschedule missed intro calls
  • Assist with verifying Google Analytics and other internal account links are working properly
  • Assist the Account Management team with tasks checklist for each client
  • Check on hold tasks, grade tasks, submit Account Manager task submissions, deep dive task submissions, CLP submissions proactively, and retention task follow-ups.
  • Manage management campaigns and Retention Requests submissions.
  • Call delinquent accounts, send follow-up emails to delinquent accounts, and submit tickets to Accounts Receivable for add-ons and Credit Card changes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support for Customer Success or Account Management teams is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Excel, and other productivity tools.
  • Experience in customer service and account management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment

  • Salary: $1000 USD/month + bonus based on performance

  • Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard Time (UTC-6), (Weekends off)
  • Schedule after Training: 9:00am-6:00pm Central Standard Time (UTC-6) (Weekends off)
