About The Role

As a seasoned Sales Development Representative at Olly Olly, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our company by generating and qualifying a high-quality pipeline for our sales teams. Positioned at the forefront of our sales funnel, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting first impression for prospective clients and effectively communicate the value proposition of Olly Olly. Leveraging strategic research and a cutting-edge technology suite, you will identify, nurture, and qualify new leads to generate well-researched, qualified meetings for our Account Executive team.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Prospect, research, and cold call an average of 100+ small-to-medium sized businesses per day across the U.S. in various industries
  • Create a positive and lasting first impression of Olly Olly for our prospects
  • Become an expert at articulating our value proposition to anyone who inquires
  • Collaborate with our account executive team to generate meetings, build the sales pipeline, and drive deals
  • Manage prospecting status, data integrity, and forecasting in our CRM system
  • Meet all key performance metrics and goals on a weekly and monthly basis

We're excited about you because you bring…

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English required to facilitate effective communication within our international team and with clients (The ability to comprehend and interpret complex information in English is crucial for success in this role. English language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process)
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales capacity, with a preference of experience in the B2B Software/SAAS space
  • This position requires the use of personal equipment. Please ensure you have a reliable laptop and internet connection
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
  • Demonstrate a desire to exceed financial & personal goals, develop yourself further as a professional, and potentially grow into a leader in the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle competing priorities
  • Showcase exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information

What We Offer

  • $950 USD/guaranteed monthly salary + monthly commission of up to $700 USD
  • Work From Home
  • Training hours for the First Week: 10am-7pm EST (UC-5) the first day, 9am to 6pm EST (UC-5) days two through five
  • After your first week, a set Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm US Eastern Time (UC-5) schedule
