Hi, we’re Olly Olly. We’re a small-ish, but mighty team of digital marketing strategists, creative visionaries, graphic designers, developers, copywriters, and client experience specialists who solve problems — and we do it creatively. Our mission is to rid small businesses of sub-standard marketing help and provide "guaranteed happiness" to all our clients.

Founded in 2018, we knew we needed to do more. More for small businesses, and more for the changes that were happening all over the world. That’s when Olly Olly was born. We get how easy it is to get trapped in the whack-a-mole game of digital marketing — constantly popping your head up and engaging in the online world only to have to retreat back to focusing that energy on other parts of running a business. Our Client Onboarding Specialists are the very first contact our newly onboarded clients have with Olly Olly. They manage a range of website building projects for small business clients. They work with an intimate cross-functional team of creatives, strategists, and techies. Client Onboarding Specialists who succeed at Olly Olly understand that they are building the foundation for the rest of our client’s journey with us, and that foundation has to be strong!

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

• Onboarding Management
  • Coordinate simultaneous website building projects for clients
  • Conduct intake calls with clients, to understand their branding, online marketing goals and unique value propositions
  • Maintain thorough project documentation in internal systems such as: notes, status reports, feedback, and approvals.
  • Assign tasks to complete the website building with all internal departments (SEO, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Development)
  • Conduct website reviews independently and along with client prior to websites going live
  • Ensure a smooth transition by scheduling website go-lives, and introducing clients to Account Managers
  • Drive innovation, business planning and development of firm services with functional leads and cross-functional partners.
• Client Relations
  • Maintain regular client communications through phone and email, to ensure websites are delivered on schedule, proper client expectations are established, and standards of quality are met, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Improve overall client experience by providing best in class customer service & gathering constructive feedback.

We're excited about you because you bring…

• At least 3+ years in a customer success role, or something similar
• Experience and/or familiarity with digital marketing products and services
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Experience with Google Suite products (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Meet, etc.) preferred

What We Offer

• Salary: $900 USD/month + bonus based on performance
• Work From Home
• Training Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm US Eastern Standard Time
• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 10am to 7pm US Eastern Standard Time
• 15 days of vacations/PTO & 8 US holidays
