We’re seeking an Paid Media Specialist (Google PPC & LSA Expert) to guide and optimize digital ad strategies across a portfolio of clients. In this role, you’ll evaluate campaigns, provide strategic insights, and recommend actionable solutions to drive measurable ROI and help small businesses grow sustainably.

The Impact You’ll Have

Campaign Strategy & Oversight

  • Evaluate and provide feedback on the design and performance of ad campaigns across Google PPC, PMAX, LSA, and Meta platforms to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Offer strategic insights on keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive positioning to refine overall campaign approaches.
  • Review performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) and collaborate with execution teams to recommend high-level adjustments for improved outcomes.
  • Act as a thought leader on campaign strategy, guiding conversations around creative direction and advertising best practices without direct involvement in implementation.

Own Your Book of Business

As a Paid Ad Strategist at Olly Olly, you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships and delivering personalized insights to maximize their ROI. You’ll hold regular touchpoints with your clients—either monthly or every other month—depending on their spend levels, ensuring their campaigns remain aligned with their goals and optimized for growth. Your role is pivotal in driving long-term success for your clients while contributing to Olly Olly’s mission of empowering small businesses.

What We Really Need From You

  • Proven expertise in managing and optimizing Google PPC and LSA campaigns with demonstrated success.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Google PMAX campaigns, analytics tools, and advertising KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions).
  • Experience upselling and expanding program offerings within client portfolios.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What Would Be Big Pluses

  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Advertising.
  • Experience with YouTube Ads and video marketing strategies.
  • Background in SEO, website design, or lead management tools.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing agency workflows and processes.
  • Creative problem-solving and the ability to translate metrics into actionable recommendations.
