About The Team

The Olly Olly Client Onboarding team is composed of individuals with backgrounds in project management, teaching, implementation, call center operations, customer service, and administrative support. Our team is built on the foundation of showing up for each other through teamwork and a collaborative spirit and demonstrates flexibility in a fast paced work environment. The Onboarding team is critical to setting up new clients for success. They are the first people clients interact with after joining Olly Olly and will advocate for them by meeting each one with energy, passion, professionalism, and competence. After onboarding new clients, the Onboarding team transfers them to their permanent home in Account Management (AM). AMs continue the magic by serving as a trusted advisor to help clients grow their business by getting found online

About The Role

The Onboarding Coordinator will report to the Client Onboarding Team Lead and primarily be responsible for gaining access to new clients’ Google Business Profiles, Primary Domains and Social Media accounts when normal pathways to gaining access do not work. The goal of this role is to gain access to these key profiles before clients’ websites go live.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Partner with Onboarding Specialists to gain access to client’s online accounts. It is critical for us to gain access to our client’s GBP, Primary Domain and Social Media accounts. At times, gaining access requires problem solving and advocating for the client with Google. You love advocating for clients and problem solving.
  • Partner with Account Coordinators on the Account Management team. We encounter access issues across the customer journey - often after a client goes live. You will serve as the team expert and help our AM Account Coordinators troubleshoot access issues.
  • Work directly with Google and our clients to resolve GBP issues. If an account has a complicated GBP issues, you will work directly with clients to advocate for them with Google.

  • Exceptional Verbal and Written communication skills in English required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support for Customer Success or Account Management teams is preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, Excel, and other productivity tools preferred
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Prior experience with WordPress or Engine is a plus

  • Salary: 500 USD/month + bonus based on performance

  • Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time (UTC-5), Monday - Friday (Weekends off)
