The Olly Olly Client Onboarding team is composed of individuals with backgrounds in project management, teaching, implementation, call center operations, customer service, and administrative support. Our team is built on the foundation of showing up for each other through teamwork and a collaborative spirit and demonstrates flexibility in a fast paced work environment. The Onboarding team is critical to setting up new clients for success. They are the first people clients interact with after joining Olly Olly and will advocate for them by meeting each one with energy, passion, professionalism, and competence. After onboarding new clients, the Onboarding team transfers them to their permanent home in Account Management (AM). AMs continue the magic by serving as a trusted advisor to help clients grow their business by getting found online
The Onboarding Coordinator will report to the Client Onboarding Team Lead and primarily be responsible for gaining access to new clients’ Google Business Profiles, Primary Domains and Social Media accounts when normal pathways to gaining access do not work. The goal of this role is to gain access to these key profiles before clients’ websites go live.
